Registration Manager

Enterprise Events Group

• Planning, developing, and executing registration program operations • Lead on small, mid-size and/or large events (approximately 500-5,000+ attendees) and/or participate in larger programs as supporting team member • Manage pre-program and on-site registration process • Manage data management for specific role and responsibility within a team dynamic (depending on size of event) as needed • Responsible for all program reporting, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data • Manage and support all customer service efforts (phone/email communication) • Constantly evaluate process and progress of assigned programs and recommend staffing and/or timeline adjustments • Manage and train registration desk staff onsite • Participate in site inspections (as needed) • Act as liaison between project team regarding all registration facets of a program • Support development of registration websites, forms and materials in conjunction with Operations, Air and Web Development/Platform • Ensure that all communication received from client is effectively disseminated to the project team as well as attendees • Primary contact with hotel CSM and/or Rooms Manager, and outside vendors (for air and registration specific needs and out-sourced air and registration services) • Manage room block through final billing/establish initial hotel contact • Manage internal weekly registration meetings • Participate in any aspect of on-site program production that may be requested • Train internal team for any custom process for specific program (ie; Passkey, 3rd party registration system, virtual, etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of Registration event/program management experience
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of customer service experience
