Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in software/SaaS.
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach or SalesLoft, and email automation platforms.
- Strong ability to identify leads, conduct outreach, and qualify opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for innovation and delivering customer-focused solutions.
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a Federal Background Check and Identity Verification.

Role Description AI Support, Template Personalization & Regional Optimization — Australia/New Zealand - Develop, customize, and optimize templates and AI personalizations within the CoVet app for veterinary users across Australia and New Zealand. - Lead template configuration and workflow personalization for enterprise customers. - Provide expert support by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to templates, prompting, AI outputs, and documentation workflows. - Partner closely with enterprise implementation, support, product, medical, and engineering teams. - Identify and escalate AI system issues, regional workflow gaps, and product improvement opportunities. - Support the rollout of CoVet across enterprise veterinary groups by developing scalable implementation processes and training resources. - Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand workflow challenges and gather feedback. - Create engaging content such as Help Center articles, implementation guides, and training materials. - Represent CoVet in webinars, podcasts, and conferences across Australia and New Zealand. - Participate in academic research projects and industry initiatives. - Attend team meetings and communicate openly with Medical, Support, Product, and Implementation teams. - Contribute to the overall design, localization, and future enhancement of the CoVet application.
