• Structure and lead competitive intelligence studies and research; • Monitor competitors, market trends, regulatory developments, and customer behavior; • Conduct positioning analyses, benchmarking, and identify growth opportunities; • Create and maintain battlecards, competitive analyses, and sales enablement materials for commercial teams; • Produce strategic insights to support product, marketing, and sales decision-making; • Identify differentiation opportunities and potential business threats; • Define the content strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning, building product narratives and key messages for different audiences; • Lead content production across all stages of the go-to-market (GTM) process; • Ensure consistency of messaging across campaigns, launches, and commercial materials; • Develop case studies, market research, whitepapers, webinars, and executive-level content in collaboration with the branding team; • Develop go-to-market (GTM) launch plans for new products, features, and strategic initiatives; • Coordinate integrated campaigns in partnership with marketing and commercial teams; • Monitor performance indicators and provide recommendations to optimize results; • Ensure alignment between marketing strategy, commercial objectives, and the product roadmap.

What You’ll be Doing Market-Driven Differentiation - Act as the voice of the Public Sector market within NinjaOne, grounding messaging in real-world agency needs, compliance requirements, and emerging government IT trends - Own Public Sector buyer and persona insights, including Federal vs. SLED nuances, procurement motions, agency pain points, compliance drivers, and competitive dynamics. - Collaborate with Product and Upstream PMM to translate technical capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions for Federal, SLED, and regulated-sector IT buyers -
