• Perform routine Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews for high-end customer orders • Analyze and support optimization of part designs to ensure manufacturability • Conduct customer communication via phone and video calls regarding design and production issues • Maintain written communication with customers for problem-solving and technical clarification • Collaborate with partners and suppliers (written, phone, video) to resolve manufacturability challenges • Provide expertise in complaint handling (excluding formal RMA cases) • Support continuous improvement of manufacturing and engineering processes • Ensure clear and timely resolution of technical production issues

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in CNC machining and/or sheet metal manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (CNC, sheet metal fabrication)
  • Experience working with technical drawings and design-related problem solving
  • Fluent and professional English

Role Description Metrea’s Platform Technology Team is searching for a results-oriented Senior Developer with .NET, API, conversion scripts, and SQL development experience specific to ERP, Supply Chain, and Maintenance business applications. Aerospace industry experience would be ideal. Primary responsibilities are focused on development/support of system interfaces (APIs/SFTP), custom system features, and BI dashboards/reports. The position will require a strong technical background and good understanding of business processes, coupled with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
