Role Description CTG is seeking to fill an AI Solutions SME (Azure + Power Platform) position for our client. We are seeking an experienced AI SME to support the ongoing operations, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise AI solutions across Azure and Microsoft Power Platform environments. This role will ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of AI-driven systems while supporting enhancements and governance initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Maintain and support AI/ML solutions deployed in Azure AI services - Manage and support Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder, Copilot Studio) - Monitor system performance, usage, and model health - Troubleshoot issues across AI pipelines and integrations - Implement enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives - Support governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices - Collaborate with business teams to optimize AI solutions - Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and operational processes Qualifications - Core AI / Cloud - Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, ML) - Understanding of LLM-based solutions & copilots - Basic MLOps concepts (monitoring, retraining, lifecycle mgmt) - Microsoft Ecosystem - Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) - Copilot Studio / AI Builder experience preferred - Engineering / Ops - Scripting (Python, PowerShell preferred) - API integrations - Incident management + production support - Soft Skills - Strong stakeholder communication - Ability to translate business needs into AI/system improvements - Documentation & knowledge transfer Nice-to-Have - Healthcare/Payer experience (big plus for AmeriHealth) - Experience with governance frameworks (Responsible AI) - CI/CD for AI workloads - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. • Identify and own entire technical solution requirements in the development of enterprise-wide agentic AI and LLM-driven information systems • Create specific technical designs, model and tooling selections, and end-to-end agentic architectures • Provide subject matter expertise on LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration platforms • Serve as the core technical owner of complex agentic AI implementations • Ensure strategic alignment of agentic and AI/ML architectures to support business growth and evolution • Establish and maintain comprehensive governance frameworks spanning the entire agentic AI lifecycle • Contribute to the strategic development and management of agentic AI product roadmaps, backlogs, and measurable success criteria • Enhance and maintain a scalable systems/solutions architecture for a multi-agent platform • Develop and design complex agentic solutions through cross-functional collaboration • Develop solutions utilizing Agile frameworks and modern automation strategies • Spearhead continuous innovation and programmatic improvements • Act as a hands-on Agentic Solutions Architect and the ultimate tier-SME for assigned functional areas • Collaborate closely with the program Chief Architect • Lead, manage, and mentor individuals and engineering teams • Install, configure, and administer enterprise-grade agentic platforms • Create seamless integrations with CI/CD pipelines, identity/access controls, APIs, repositories, and centralized monitoring systems • Deploy hands-on enterprise deployment models that guarantee data and AI security across PII/PHI boundaries • Train engineering teams and customer end-users, developing tailored onboarding and adoption materials • Build consensus and align diverse stakeholder groups around secure agentic AI capabilities and platform value
