Role Description In this role you will ensure all Service Level Agreements are adhered to and provide the client with a high-quality service and drive continuous improvements. You will promote teamwork, provide employees with coaching and feedback for a small/medium size team. You will network with other functions and will interact with Client Leadership and manage the relationship on local (country) and often on regional. - Have good knowledge of the process, policies and desktop procedures within their engagement. - Have good knowledge of the Client business area they support. - Have excellent command of the functionalities of the technology used for the delivery of services in the specific client context. - Be familiar with standard analysis tools/techniques. - Look for and gather key data and conduct a structured analysis. Role Description The Accounts Payable Analyst role encompasses comprehensive subject matter expertise for accounts payable, including a thorough understanding of all transactions, associated business processes, charts of accounts, and end-to-end flow of journal entries throughout the entire process cycle. This position operates within a complex multi-stream accounts payable environment that includes: - Product payables - EDI transactions - CNB related payables - Non-product and service-related expenses This role is also responsible for vendor reconciliations and for providing timely business and customer support in all areas of accountability. The role requires a proactive approach to problem solving, frequent coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders, and the ability to work effectively across different systems and currencies. Additional Responsibilities - Financial Accounting: Ensure applicable financial transactions are complete, reliable, and compliant with internal policies and other applicable legislation; maintain a solid understanding of the charts of accounts and appropriate expense coding. - Reporting: Prepare internal and external reports and requests for information, as required, supporting Finance and leadership with timely and accurate payable-related data. - Accounts Payable (SME): Maintain completeness and accuracy of accounts payable including invoice and payment processing, foreign currency payments, and appropriate application of commodity tax.
