Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint, including architecture, development, deployment, maintenance, migration, and data management.
- Strong experience with: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio.
- Proven experience designing end-to-end enterprise solutions and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture and system integration.
- Technical Skills: .NET / C#, JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, jQuery), HTML, CSS, REST APIs, SQL and database technologies, XML, JSON, SharePoint customization and integrations.
- Preferred: Experience with Visual Studio, Web Services, CRM SDK, or Visual Basic; Product management experience; Enterprise architecture experience.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Excellent communication skills in English; Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams; Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
