Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the IT, cybersecurity, or marketing sectors.
- Strong experience with CRM systems; expertise in Zoho CRM is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently without the need for extensive training, leveraging your preferred tools and techniques.
- Proficient in using digital sales, marketing, and networking tools and channels.
- Highly collaborative and enthusiastic about participating in team meetings and projects via Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with the legal community is a plus, but we are open to candidates with diverse industry insights.
- Bonus: Experience with AutoTask or similar ticketing software is highly advantageous.

Promote and distribute Orthofix products and services to achieve sales results at or above established quotas for total and individual product segments. Provide direct, personal and timely service, via a consultative approach, to physicians, patients, managed care or other payers, representing Orthofix in a professional and straight forward manner. Some shift in emphasis from calling on doctors to calling on payers is dictated by changes in the health care environment. Provide education and support at the local and national hospital accounts to effectively support and implement policy and strategy.
