Regional Sales Manager – Heart Failure

Abbott

• Generate new CardioMEMS business and grow existing accounts within the assigned region (North/South) • Own regional performance, operating autonomously in alignment with the Country Manager UKI • Identify market opportunities and drive regional growth plans aligned to revenue targets • Set clear sales objectives and translate them into actionable plans with Territory Managers • Drive execution of account strategies to achieve sales targets • Support key customer engagements and value-based selling alongside Territory Managers • Lead regional sales reviews and provide accurate forecasts and insights to leadership • Build and develop a high-performing sales team through coaching and performance management • Foster a culture of accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement • Build strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and healthcare stakeholders • Collaborate cross-functionally to support market access and product adoption • Ensure all activities meet ethical, legal, and regulatory standards

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven middle management experience within the medical devices industry
  • Strong results orientation with excellent decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, think strategically, and work proactively with high self-motivation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
