• Analyse and evaluate current HR processes, identifying opportunities for standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement. • Support the HR user community with system usage, process guidance, reporting requirements, and data maintenance activities. • Partner with HR, Finance, Technology, and Transformation teams to design and implement process and system improvements. • Translate business requirements into scalable HR technology solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. • Manage and support Workday HCM processes, configurations, and enhancements. • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to understand business challenges and define future-state processes. • Support change management activities associated with HR transformation initiatives, including testing, training, communications, and adoption planning. • Coordinate system releases, enhancements, and upgrades, including testing and deployment activities. • Maintain process documentation, governance frameworks, and operating procedures. • Monitor system performance, integrations, and data quality, ensuring issues are identified and resolved proactively. • Collaborate with Information Security and Technology teams to ensure compliance with security, access, and governance requirements. • Support reporting and analytics initiatives that enable data-driven decision making across HR and Finance functions. • Participate in transformation programmes and special projects as required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience working with HR information systems.
- Demonstrated experience analysing and improving HR business processes.
- Experience with HR process redesign, process mapping, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong experience with Workday HCM
- Experience working on large-scale HR Transformation programmes.
- Experience supporting HR technology platforms, including configuration, administration, and enhancement activities.
- Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across business and technical teams.
- Experience supporting system testing, release management, and change initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
