Title: Home Buying Specialist Location: USA Job Description: Home Buying Specialist The Home Buying Specialist is responsible for buying homes for House Buyers of America. This person will follow up on leads, value houses, estimate repairs, and close deals, in addition to performing extensive due diligence on all acquisitions. This position is a remote role (does not report to an office every day); however, you will be responsible for conducting in-person meetings with prospects/clients on a regular basis. Given the client-facing nature of this role, flexibility is essential, as evening and weekend availability is required to accommodate seller schedules and maximize deal flow.
