Role Description We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards. This role requires deep expertise across ServiceNow modules, strong integration capabilities, CMDB governance experience, and the ability to guide complex digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Define and own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with enterprise standards and strategic roadmaps. - Design scalable and secure solutions across ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery modules. - Lead CMDB architecture design, including CI class models, data structures, relationship mapping, and governance frameworks. - Architect and manage integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP services, and MID Servers. - Design and oversee advanced ServiceNow customizations, including Business Rules, Flow Designer, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Workflows. - Implement and optimize ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping solutions. - Establish CMDB governance processes, including normalization, reconciliation, audits, and data quality initiatives. - Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture designs. - Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development and implementation teams. - Support pre-sales engagements, solution demonstrations, effort estimations, architecture reviews, and client discussions. - Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and performance optimization guidelines. Qualifications - 10+ years of overall IT experience with significant expertise in ServiceNow architecture and implementation. - Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery. - Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities, and implementation best practices. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow server-side/client-side scripting. - Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and Integration Hub. - Proven experience architecting large-scale ServiceNow environments and complex workflows. - Strong understanding of CMDB design, governance, and operational processes. - Ability to convert business requirements into robust technical architecture and implementation plans. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good-to-Have Skills - Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent. - Exposure to multi-instance or large enterprise ServiceNow environments. - Pre-sales, consulting, or customer-facing solutioning experience. - Knowledge of ServiceNow platform modernization and AI-driven automation capabilities. Preferred Certifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - CIS – ITOM Discovery - Additional ServiceNow Architect-level certifications are highly desirable

Qualifications - 5+ years’ experience architecting, selling and implementing technical solutions involving ServiceNow. - BS/BA degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience. - In-depth technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Integration Hub, HRSD SPM and Creator Workflow is required. - Technical knowledge of SecOps and IRM is desired but not required. - Ability to articulate how technical solutions can solve business problems with ServiceNow. - Demonstrated capability as technical project manager, technical lead, and solutions architect with ability to provide technical and thought leadership to ServiceNow projects and prospective projects. - Strong influencing, communication and presentation skills with ability to represent complex solutions in a straightforward and easily understood way. - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to establish credibility with customers, stakeholders, staff and prospects. - Some travel may be required. - Demonstrated success as an implementer in an externally facing consulting environment. - Ability to package, price, and scale service offerings. - Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally. - Comfortable leading through growth, change, and operational transformation. - Experience implementing scalable processes and KPIs. - Strong focus on delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and risk management. - Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability. - Data-driven decision maker. - Calm, decisive, and solution-oriented under pressure.
