• Architect, deploy, and operationalize enterprise identity and access management solutions across the full Verify platform • Design and implement IBM Verify architecture across SaaS and hybrid enterprise environments • Stand up and configure IBM Verify Identity Access (v11), including reverse proxy, web and API gateways, and junction configuration • Deploy containerized Verify Identity Access on OpenShift or Kubernetes, including Helm-based configuration • Build multi-environment setups (DEV, QA, PROD) following platform best practices • Configure Verify SaaS tenants, application onboarding, and connectivity to enterprise systems • Implement secure configuration aligned with enterprise security standards • Configure SSO across SAML, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0 • Implement MFA, including passwordless, biometric, and one-time-passcode methods • Configure adaptive and risk-based access using the platform risk engine • Build identity orchestration and authentication flows using the no-code flow designer • Integrate consumer and workforce access use cases • Integrate IBM Verify with Active Directory, HR systems, and cloud directories • Onboard target applications using connectors, API-based provisioning, and SCIM • Configure provisioning policies, access governance, and certification campaigns where Verify Identity Governance is in scope • Implement role-based access control and segregation-of-duties controls • Develop custom adapters and API integrations where required • Architect HA and failover for on-premises and containerized Verify Identity Access deployments • Design load balancing and failover strategies for hybrid components • Develop and test disaster recovery procedures for self-managed components • Tune performance, including connection pooling, session handling, and reconciliation throughput • Conduct capacity planning and resolve system bottlenecks • Automate builds and deployments using scripting (Shell, Python, Ansible) • Develop environment provisioning and configuration scripts • Support CI/CD integration for containerized Verify components • Maintain infrastructure-as-code where possible • Create architecture diagrams and build documentation • Develop operational runbooks • Provide handover documentation to support teams

• Support a large, enterprise‑scale managed services engagement • Day‑to‑day operational execution across infrastructure, cloud, identity, Microsoft 365, endpoint operations, and data protection • Operate and support VMware and AWS environments • Provision and decommission Windows and Linux servers • Maintain OS build standards, capacity validation, and inventory accuracy • Support Microsoft server platforms including SQL, RDS, and VDI • Execute monthly OS patching for Windows and Linux servers • Administer enterprise backup and recovery platforms • Monitor backup jobs and remediate failures • Administer Active Directory and execute access change requests

Role Description We are looking for a data-driven Product Performance & Monitoring Specialist to be the guardian of our product’s health and user experience. You will be responsible for building the infrastructure that tracks how our product performs—both technically and commercially. Your mission is to transform raw data into actionable insights that prevent churn, optimize the user funnel, and ensure our features are delivering maximum value. - Dashboard Ownership: Design, build, and maintain real-time performance dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI. - Anomaly Detection: Monitor daily product health and proactively alert the team to significant shifts in user behavior or system performance. - Funnel Optimization: Analyze the user journey to identify friction points. You will explain why users drop off and suggest data-backed UX improvements. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between Engineering (monitoring system uptime/latency) and Product Management (monitoring feature adoption). - Impact Assessment: Conduct post-launch analysis for every new feature to measure success against original KPIs. - Data Integrity: Work with engineers to ensure event tracking (segmentation, telemetry) is accurately implemented. Qualifications - Advanced SQL skills are required. - Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis is highly preferred. - Experience with product analytics suites (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap) and technical monitoring tools (e.g., Celestica-own monitoring system). - Proven ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when metrics deviate from the baseline. - Ability to translate complex data sets into a "story" for non-technical stakeholders. - Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
