Help us build a revolutionary product that’s disrupting a massive market.
Role Description We are looking for a structured thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit to own the "0-to-1" incubation of new business lines—from ideas to real, revenue-generating products in our customers’ hands. - Ownership: There is no red tape or layers of approval. You are the "CEO" of the new products you launch. - The Pace: We move fast. You won't spend months working on projects that never see the light of day. You will design, build, and ship new features in weekly sprints. - Hands-on: This is not a pure strategy role. You will spend 80% of your time rolling up your sleeves—market research/analysis, incubating new product ideas, building/testing/launching new features. - High Bar: We are always raising the bar for what’s possible. You will join a team of ex-MBB peers who care intensely about their craft and own complex, high-impact problems. What You’ll Own: - Phase 1: You will join an existing product team and focus on learning how we build products, including how to conduct customer research, write product specs, think about feature roadmapping, use Figma and Codex/Claude to build prototypes, work with software engineers and designers, etc. - Phase 2: You will launch a new business line, starting it completely from scratch. This involves incubating the new vertical, building out its different phases, and successfully launching new products. Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring and building a team for the new business line you create. Qualifications - You think in systems and first principles. You want to understand the fundamental "why" behind customer behavior and market dynamics. - You are obsessed with the story behind the numbers. If a funnel drops by 2% or an A/B test returns a weird result, you don’t stop until you figure it out. - You likely have 2+ years of post-MBA experience (or equivalent) at a top-tier firm. You are comfortable juggling multiple complex projects and are ready to transition from advising to owning. Requirements - 4+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking or a high-growth startup environment. - You are comfortable running your own complex data analysis and don't need a data scientist to tell you what the numbers mean. - You have a track record of taking ambiguous problems and turning them into concrete results. - You’re comfortable interacting with executives on a daily basis. Benefits - Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage. - Paid time off and paid parental leave. - 401(K) plan with employer matching. - Wellness benefits, among others. - Equity opportunities may also be part of your total rewards package.
