• Drive sales growth of Cultures and Enzymes in the Dairy segment across Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia • Identify and convert new market opportunities into long-term sustainable revenue growth • Lead pricing and contract negotiations • Apply expert price negotiation skills and develop effective price strategies to ensure optimal value for both the company and our valued customers • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations and channel partners • Plan and co-ordinate lab/production-scale trials at customer sites, supported by regional Technical Application Specialists • Translate customer needs into tailored solutions that deliver measurable value and customer loyalty • Develop and execute long-term strategic roadmaps and plans for key accounts and distributors, aligning closely with global, regional and local strategies • Monitor sales performance, forecast accuracy, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with business goals • Identify unmet customer and market needs, proactively creating opportunities to fuel pipeline growth and targets • Collaborate across functions (supply chain, customer service, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience • Represent IFF H&B at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership
Job Requirements
- You have a minimum of 3 years working experience
- You are fluent in English language and have a valid driving license
- You are a professional with a Dairy technology background having a solid practical understanding and experiences with Dairy enzymes
- You are customer centric and open-minded
- Strong communications & negotiation skills in English (desirable another language)
- Open personality with an agile, flexible approach
- Translate customer needs into value adding solutions
- Result driven with ability to keep both short-term and long-term goals in mind

This role is highly execution-focused and requires a detail-oriented, data-driven operator who can balance day-to-day marketplace maintenance with performance analysis, promotional execution, and cross-functional coordination to drive sustainable sales growth. Key Responsibilities - Marketplace Management & Maintenance - Own the end-to-end management of all marketplace platforms, including product uploads, listing updates, pricing accuracy, imagery, and inventory alignment. - Ensure all product listings are optimized for visibility, conversion, and platform-specific best practices. - Maintain listing hygiene across all marketplaces, ensuring banners, links, collections, and promotions are up to date. - Coordinate inventory availability and stock alignment with internal teams to prevent overselling or missed opportunities. - Marketplace Campaigns & Promotions - Execute marketplace-led campaigns, sales events, and seasonal promotions (ex. double-digit sales, payday sales, etc.). - Prepare and submit campaign proposals, promo schedules, and asset requirements within required lead times. - Coordinate with internal Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure timely execution of marketplace activations. - Utilize platform-specific promotional and advertising tools to drive traffic and conversion. - Performance Tracking & Analysis - Track daily, weekly, and monthly marketplace performance metrics including sales, traffic, conversion rate, and sell-through. - Prepare regular sales tracking updates and post-campaign performance reports (post-mortems). - Identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and actionable insights to improve future campaigns. - Support target-setting and forecasting for marketplace channels. - Platform Compliance - Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, guidelines, and SLAs to maintain strong platform health and seller ratings. - Proactively flag operational or CX risks that may impact sales or account standing. - Cross-Team Collaboration & Support - Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams to align marketplace execution with broader business goals. - Maintain updated linesheets, pricing references, and weekly performance summaries. - Support ad-hoc initiatives related to marketplace expansion, platform testing, or operational improvements.
