Regional Sales Manager – DACH

• Responsible for meeting and exceeding set revenue targets for the OEM Business unit (embedded and RF product lines) • Develop and implement effective account/territory plans that include developing a sales strategy to maximize growth and managing all resources needed to close opportunities and to drive new business • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements; assist in identifying opportunities for additional value creation for the customer and build a compelling value proposition based on Digi’s product and services offering • Identify key opportunities and work with the necessary Digi teams both in Europe and the US, to drive the opportunities to successful revenue recognition • Undertake disciplined project tracking with key customers ensuring a high design win success rate • Be the key driver for commercial negotiations including pricing, business terms and where relevant partnership agreements • Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics • Provide feedback and recommendations for products and vertical market strategies based upon your market and customer observations • Assist where required in promoting and training partners and end users in embedded and RF products • Provide necessary support for all in-region marketing activities including workshops, road shows, trade shows and other activities that may be planned • Prepare reporting and forecasting to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technology
  • 3+ years' successful sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Relevant sales experience, especially in cultivating key relationships within strategic accounts
  • System on Module (SOM) & board-level RF sales experience and familiarity with embedded hardware & software systems requirements is necessary
  • Knowledge of software or cloud-based solutions & recurring revenue models would be an advantage
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong self-motivated, ambitious and disciplined with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various sales and technical teams at all levels within the organization
  • Must be able to travel (around 50% of the time)
  • Native German and fluent English language skills both written and oral
  • Experience of selling / working in other territories and/or speaking other languages would be an advantage.

Role Description The Sales and Marketplace Associate is responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling Blackbough’s presence across third-party marketplace platforms including Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Wolf & Badger, Amazon, and other regional marketplaces. This role is highly execution-focused and requires a detail-oriented, data-driven operator who can balance day-to-day marketplace maintenance with performance analysis, promotional execution, and cross-functional coordination to drive sustainable sales growth. Key Responsibilities - Marketplace Management & Maintenance - Own the end-to-end management of all marketplace platforms, including product uploads, listing updates, pricing accuracy, imagery, and inventory alignment. - Ensure all product listings are optimized for visibility, conversion, and platform-specific best practices. - Maintain listing hygiene across all marketplaces, ensuring banners, links, collections, and promotions are up to date. - Coordinate inventory availability and stock alignment with internal teams to prevent overselling or missed opportunities. - Marketplace Campaigns & Promotions - Execute marketplace-led campaigns, sales events, and seasonal promotions (ex. double-digit sales, payday sales, etc.). - Prepare and submit campaign proposals, promo schedules, and asset requirements within required lead times. - Coordinate with internal Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure timely execution of marketplace activations. - Utilize platform-specific promotional and advertising tools to drive traffic and conversion. - Performance Tracking & Analysis - Track daily, weekly, and monthly marketplace performance metrics including sales, traffic, conversion rate, and sell-through. - Prepare regular sales tracking updates and post-campaign performance reports (post-mortems). - Identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and actionable insights to improve future campaigns. - Support target-setting and forecasting for marketplace channels. - Platform Compliance - Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, guidelines, and SLAs to maintain strong platform health and seller ratings. - Proactively flag operational or CX risks that may impact sales or account standing. - Cross-Team Collaboration & Support - Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams to align marketplace execution with broader business goals. - Maintain updated linesheets, pricing references, and weekly performance summaries. - Support ad-hoc initiatives related to marketplace expansion, platform testing, or operational improvements.
