• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned key customers to achieve revenue and margin targets • Build strong, long-term relationships with customer stakeholders at multiple organizational levels • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, including new applications, product expansions, and service offerings • Provide technical consultation on industrial water treatment programs, including cooling, boiler, and wastewater systems • Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and service teams to deliver integrated customer solutions • Monitor system performance, interpret data, and recommend chemical and operational adjustments to optimize results • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and renewal processes • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and consistent service delivery • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting within CRM systems • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial water treatment, specialty chemicals, or related field
- Proven success in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong technical understanding of water treatment processes and industrial systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for customers
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
