EB-5 Case Manager

• Manage a caseload of up to 50 clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services. • Coordinate with internal and external resources to meet client needs and expectations. • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather necessary information, and address any concerns or inquiries. • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when reviewing and analyzing large volumes of source documents to identify relevant information. • Proactively manage client expectations and provide exceptional customer service throughout the case management process. • Take initiative and be a self-starter, capable of working independently and efficiently. • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Legal, Project Management) preferred.
  • Previous experience in legal case management, client legal services, or a related legal field is advantageous.
  • Experience with EB-5 is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
