Role Description We are currently looking for a Product Manager who’s ready to grow with us and shape high-load, data-driven solutions used by international partners. If you are systematic and focused on business impact, this role is for you. - Managing the product area: roadmap, prioritization, backlog management using frameworks (RICE / ICE / WSJF). - Analyzing key retention metrics and identifying growth opportunities. - Formulating product hypotheses based on data: segmentation, behavioral cohort analysis, and funnel analysis for deposits and actions. - Working with content: selecting and prioritizing new providers and titles, A/B testing of lobby, categories, recommendation blocks, and personalization of content delivery. - Preparing technical requirements for development, design, and CRM teams; task acceptance; release quality control. - Managing bonus economics: cost/benefit modeling and defending initiatives before stakeholders. - Conducting competitive analysis: monitoring bonus offers and retention features in target markets. Qualifications - 2–3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner, including at least 1 year in Retention, Bonuses, Games, CRM, or VIP-related areas. - Understanding of key metrics and their relationships. - Hands-on experience in hypothesis generation and validation: ability to define problems, hypotheses, success metrics, and testing plans. - Strong data skills: confident use of BI tools (Tableau / Power BI). - Understanding of bonus engine architecture and constraints (bonus types, requirements, contribution rates, and fraud/abuse prevention). - Experience working with Agile / Scrum, proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma (at the level of reading designs). - English level: Intermediate (B1+) for working with documentation, providers, and international teams. Requirements - Experience with CRM platforms (Smartico, Customer.io) and understanding of trigger-based communications. - Experience with direct integration with content providers and understanding of their bonus tools (Bonus Buy, Tournaments API). - Experience with gamification platforms and mechanics (missions, levels, achievements, leaderboards). - Understanding of working in regulated markets and related bonus limitations. - Experience building VIP / Loyalty programs from scratch or significantly improving them.
