• Onboard new SDK Users by leading virtual or traveling onsite for SDK training sessions. • Provide external SDK Support services, including problem determination for development environments, and conduct code reviews that adhere to general code quality, stability, and supportability guidelines. • Obtain a thorough understanding of the Lumin Digital tech stack platform to accurately estimate development projects of varying complexities, from small to large. • Collaborate with other developers and product owners to formulate fair, legally binding statements of work, resulting in proposals that are free from scope creep risks. • Able to adapt and perform product development to various subject matter areas of the product suite, from the backend to the frontend, for the hundreds of integrations and features within the product. • Provide solution consulting services to clients, helping to solve gaps and other pain points with user workflows or back office operations. • Write well-designed, testable, efficient, and maintainable code. • Collaborate with various organizations from product management, implementations, customer support, and sales. • Support production operations, ensuring smooth performance and timely resolution of incidents. • Contribute to a high-performing development team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. • Wear multiple hats to steer the team for success by constantly improving team efficiencies with the Atlassian product suite and naturally spearheading change for a fast-growing organization. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Apply AI-driven development practices and spec-driven workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality through clear requirements, automated tests, and strong review discipline. • Lead engineering efforts to decompose our monolithic applications into scalable, modular microservices. • Design, develop, and maintain clean, efficient, and well-tested code in both backend (Python, Ruby) and frontend (React/Angular) stacks. • Build and evolve secure, high-performance APIs supporting real-time data pipelines and customer-facing applications. • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Data Engineering to build end-to-end solutions that meet business goals. • Contribute to architectural decisions that improve performance, observability, security, maintainability and scalability/reusability. • Champion engineering best practices including CI/CD, TDD, pair programming, and code reviews. • Take ownership of projects from ideation through deployment, with a bias for execution and iterative improvement. • Be a proactive voice in platform strategy, bringing innovative ideas and continuous learning to the team. • Contribute to our cloud-native infrastructure using AWS serverless technologies.

• Architect and manage AWS infrastructure, balancing performance, cost, and reliability • Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform to ensure repeatable, version-controlled deployments • Design and operate CI/CD and GitOps pipelines on Kubernetes, including Helm-based deployments managed through ArgoCD, that enable teams to ship safely and frequently • Manage service-to-service traffic, observability, and security using a service mesh such as Istio • Lead capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost-optimization efforts across the AWS footprint • Implement observability, alerting, and incident-response practices to meet reliability and uptime targets • Drive security standards into infrastructure, including IAM, network segmentation, and secrets management • Mentor engineers, conduct design and code reviews, and document architecture decisions and runbooks
