• Write organized, testable, and efficient frontend code, with inline documentation • Engage in UX planning to translate the user journey into an effective mobile-first UI that adheres to brand standards • Participate in code reviews and the QA feedback cycle • Generate documentation as part of the deliverable • Work within an Agile/Scrum methodology using the Atlassian suite of tools • Help evaluate and adopt emergent frontend technologies • Work with a hybrid team with members both on-site and distributed across North America • Work on full-stack tasks as needed

• You're the engineering anchor of an initiative — working as part of a tight team with your PM and designer, and alongside engineering peers on adjacent initiatives. • You have a hand in the full lifecycle: shaping the problem, deciding the technical approach, directing AI agents to implement much of the code, shipping to production, and — with your team — owning the outcome. • You're measured by impact, not by lines of code merged. • When an agent can ship something safely, your job is to make sure it's done right and the metric moves. • When the work calls for careful, hand-written code in a sensitive area, you write it yourself.

• Thrive in a product-driven engineering culture that champions diverse ideas and bottom-up innovation. • Drive design discussions with peers and stakeholders to decide the best approach to design new and enhance existing features. • Be a key hands-on contributor to the design and implementation of site operations, charging & energy management systems with support for new and emerging industry standards. • Lead initiatives and collaborate with other tech leads to enhance coding standards and optimize release processes, fostering a culture of engineering excellence. • Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable the operations, energy and asset management teams to provide world class fleet charging services. • Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on service operations and quality.

• Onboard new SDK Users by leading virtual or traveling onsite for SDK training sessions. • Provide external SDK Support services, including problem determination for development environments, and conduct code reviews that adhere to general code quality, stability, and supportability guidelines. • Obtain a thorough understanding of the Lumin Digital tech stack platform to accurately estimate development projects of varying complexities, from small to large. • Collaborate with other developers and product owners to formulate fair, legally binding statements of work, resulting in proposals that are free from scope creep risks. • Able to adapt and perform product development to various subject matter areas of the product suite, from the backend to the frontend, for the hundreds of integrations and features within the product. • Provide solution consulting services to clients, helping to solve gaps and other pain points with user workflows or back office operations. • Write well-designed, testable, efficient, and maintainable code. • Collaborate with various organizations from product management, implementations, customer support, and sales. • Support production operations, ensuring smooth performance and timely resolution of incidents. • Contribute to a high-performing development team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. • Wear multiple hats to steer the team for success by constantly improving team efficiencies with the Atlassian product suite and naturally spearheading change for a fast-growing organization. • Perform other duties as assigned.
