Role Description Reporting to the Assistant Director of Operations at Starlink Aviation, your role as an Assistant Flight Coordinator will involve performing technical duties while acting as a brand ambassador for the company with clients. You will work in close collaboration with the flight coordinator, flight follower, Operations Control Center (OCC), and clients. - Collaborate with the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) to ensure all necessary resources and services are available for each flight; - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of flight activities, including flight invoices and operational reports; - Support the Coordinator by assisting with various tasks, such as hotel booking, car rentals, catering, and customs; - Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to flight coordination. Qualifications - Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and handling flight-related information; - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple flights and priorities simultaneously; - Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages French and English; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders and teams; - Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures related to flight operations is an asset; - Proficiency in using flight operations software, scheduling tools, and computer systems; - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment; - Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as flight operations require; - Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status; - Bilingual (French and English spoken); - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
