Role Description Reporting to the Assistant Director of Operations at Starlink Aviation, your role as an Assistant Flight Coordinator will involve performing technical duties while acting as a brand ambassador for the company with clients. You will work in close collaboration with the flight coordinator, flight follower, Operations Control Center (OCC), and clients. - Collaborate with the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) to ensure all necessary resources and services are available for each flight; - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of flight activities, including flight invoices and operational reports; - Support the Coordinator by assisting with various tasks, such as hotel booking, car rentals, catering, and customs; - Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to flight coordination. Qualifications - Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and handling flight-related information; - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple flights and priorities simultaneously; - Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages French and English; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders and teams; - Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures related to flight operations is an asset; - Proficiency in using flight operations software, scheduling tools, and computer systems; - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment; - Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as flight operations require; - Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status; - Bilingual (French and English spoken); - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Starlink Aviation is seeking a Flight Coordinator (100% remote) associated with charter flight operations (Canadian Aviation Regulations CAR 703 & 704), private business aircraft operations (Canadian Aviation Regulations CAR 604) for multiple clients, as well as air ambulance flights for several clients. Your role Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Operations at Starlink Aviation, your role as a Flight Coordinator is to be the first point of contact for our corporate clients and to carry out technical tasks while acting as a company ambassador to clients. This coordinator role includes supervising the Assistant Coordinator as well as preparing transportation logistics; organizing travel arrangements including both air and ground transportation; preparing customs documentation (Canadian or international); ensuring that catering and hotel services are handled; requesting documents from clients via email and phone; after flights, performing data entry; ensuring follow-up on invoices and purchase orders for the closing of supplier accounts; and any other tasks deemed necessary by the flight coordination department.

Votre rôle Sous la responsabilité de la directrice-adjointe des opérations de Starlink Aviation, votre rôle de coordonnateur de vol consiste à être le premier point de contact auprès de nos clients corporatifs et à effectuer les tâches techniques comme celui d’un ambassadeur de l’entreprise auprès des clients. Ce rôle de coordonnateur inclut la supervision de l’assistant coordonnateur ainsi que la préparation de la logistique de transport; l’organisation des déplacements incluant les transports aériens comme terrestres, la préparation des douanes (canadienne ou internationale), s’assurer que les services de commissariat, et hôtels seront traités; faire des demandes de documents aux clients, via courriels et téléphones; au retour des vols, entrée de données, assurer un suivi des factures et bons de commande pour une fermeture des comptes fournisseurs ; toute autre tâche jugée nécessaire par le service de coordination de vol.
