Role Description We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the FP&A Team and support a wide range of activities, including: - Analyzing broker and exchange data - Preparing in-depth analytical reports using Python and other tools - Developing and optimizing operational workflows for the Finance Team Responsibilities include: - Collecting and analyzing trading data across various exchanges and asset classes - Structuring, organizing, and maintaining collected data in a clear and consistent format - Performing reconciliations of financial trading data - Aggregating and processing data from multiple sources using Python - Designing, developing, and maintaining automated workflows and integrations using no-code/low-code platforms (Make, n8n, Workato, or similar) - Identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and proposing structured solutions to enhance automation and overall performance - Collaborating with Finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders Qualifications - Proficiency in Python and MS Office - Solid understanding of exchange operations, trading mechanics, and the global landscape of exchanges and asset classes - Strong interest in financial markets - Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (Make / Integromat, n8n, Workato, Zapier, or similar) — a strong plus - Structured and process-driven mindset, with the ability to map, document, and optimize end-to-end finance processes - Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail - Effective time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Proficiency in English - BS / MS in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Benefits - Diverse range of tasks - Great challenge with fast feedback loops - Remote from anywhere in the world - Access any of our global offices anytime - Flexible schedule - 40 paid days off

Role Description BJC is hiring for an Application Configuration Support II. This is a remote position, but preference is given to local candidates.
