Application Configuration Support II Analyst

Role Description BJC is hiring for an Application Configuration Support II. This is a remote position, but preference is given to local candidates. We are looking for applicants with 1-3 years of ServiceNow experience, with healthcare experience preferred. Under moderate direction, supports overall tasks related to technology software products to support a defined group of stakeholders. Responsibilities include: - Defining business requirements for enhancements to technology products and external integrations. - Configuring, documenting, modifying, testing, supporting, and maintaining software application products. - Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders to facilitate usage and acceptance of products or product enhancements. - Investigating and resolving issues relating to technology software products or applications. - Performing product/application maintenance tasks, coordinating with vendors, business stakeholders, and other Technology groups as appropriate. - Designing, verifying, documenting, amending, and refactoring moderately complex technology software products configurations for deployment. - Developing and executing test plans and test cases. - Defining and managing scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization activities for initiatives of medium size and complexity. - Translating concepts into outputs and prototypes and capturing user feedback or evaluation to improve designs. - May be part of an after-hours on-call rotation. Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED. - 2-5 years of experience. - No supervisory experience required. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree preferred. - 5-10 years of experience preferred.
