• Diseñar y gestionar estrategias de cobranza diferenciadas por tramo de mora (temprana, media, tardía) y segmento de cliente, ajustando ante desvíos y adoptando mejores prácticas de la industria. • Implementar y evaluar herramientas tecnológicas de apoyo a la cobranza (dialers, bots de contacto, plataformas de gestión), asegurando su correcta operación y evaluando continuamente su efectividad. • Analizar el desempeño y desvíos de las empresas externas de cobranza mediante KPIs y tableros de control, proveyendo información clave para asegurar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLAs) y los estándares de calidad de Tenpo. • Monitorear y optimizar continuamente los gastos de cobranza y los ratios de recuperación, aportando directamente a la mejora del P&L mediante propuestas de eficiencia operativa. • Analizar los resultados de cobranza por segmento, canal y tramo de mora, identificando desviaciones y proponiendo ajustes estratégicos con base en evidencia cuantitativa. • Elaborar y mantener dashboards e informes periódicos de desempeño de cobranza, asegurando visibilidad oportuna para la jefatura y las áreas de negocio. • Trabajar con las áreas de Riesgo de Crédito, Producto y Operaciones para asegurar que las estrategias de cobranza sean consistentes con las políticas de crédito y la experiencia del cliente.

• Support and develop relationships with LPs, GPs, and intermediaries • Participate in client interactions throughout the transaction lifecycle, from initial engagement to closing • Help identify and qualify new liquidity opportunities through research and market intelligence • Work closely with the execution team to coordinate due diligence, documentation review, and deal progression • Contribute to financial analysis, valuation discussions, and pricing support across private equity, private credit, and real assets • Help prepare investment memos, client-facing materials, and IC presentations • Ensure timely and accurate communication between clients and internal teams throughout the deal process • Develop knowledge of secondary market trends, pricing dynamics, and the competitive landscape • Support portfolio analytics, benchmarking, and asset evaluation to inform client conversations • Collaborate with US and UK deal teams across time zones

• Workflow: Based on clinical project requests, works with requestors and users to understand and document current workflow with an eye toward proposed future workflows that are optimized for any planned application changes. • Design and Build: Presents recommended system enhancement opportunities and creative technical solutions for clinic-related scenarios. Using analytical evaluation skills, identifies, proposes, builds, and demonstrates prototypes of application configuration options for review and approval by project requestors. • Performs ongoing maintenance and configuration updates to Epic applications. • Test: With minimal supervision, creates test scripts, timelines, and plans for application and workflow changes. Performs actual testing of clinical information system configuration and processes, including testing across applications and/or the testing of the application configuration of other analysts. Coordinates and participates in requestor and user testing of application changes. • Support: Provides tier-two support to end-users both remotely and in-person. Monitors, investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves incoming tickets. Serves as a liaison between users and vendors. Coordinates system fixes and changes with software vendors.
