Role Description As a Dedicated Advisor on the Partner Success team, you will support the implementation, launch, and scaling of Helix’s population genomics programs across health systems, integrated delivery networks, health plans, and employer-sponsored healthcare initiatives. You will play a critical role in helping our partners (and Helix) drive clinical and research value through large-scale genomics. - Serve as a relationship lead and operational advisor for health systems, health plans, and employer-sponsored genomics partnerships. - Build trusted relationships with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders across partner organizations. - Understand partner priorities, organizational structures, and workflows to identify opportunities for program optimization and growth. - Lead the onboarding, implementation, launch, and scaling of population genomics programs. - Define and proactively manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables for internal and external stakeholders. - Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Product, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Business Development, and external stakeholders to drive program execution, launch readiness, adoption, and long-term success. - Develop scalable implementation processes, onboarding frameworks, and operational best practices to support partner growth. - Identify implementation risks, operational challenges, and process improvement opportunities, and develop solutions to support scalability and execution. - Translate partner feedback and performance insights into operational improvements, suggested product enhancements, and stronger partnership health. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience managing strategic programs in the healthcare industry, ideally at a high growth company. - Process and workflow expertise. Knowledge of how to design and improve workflows. - Knowledge of the healthcare and/or life sciences markets and the key players and trends. - Experience using AI tools to scale throughput in a partner-facing or operations role. - Team player able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across a broad range of functions and levels. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. - Bachelor’s degree required. Requirements - Travel Requirement: Up to 30%.
