Analyst – Associate, Secondary Markets
Tangible
• Support and develop relationships with LPs, GPs, and intermediaries • Participate in client interactions throughout the transaction lifecycle, from initial engagement to closing • Help identify and qualify new liquidity opportunities through research and market intelligence • Work closely with the execution team to coordinate due diligence, documentation review, and deal progression • Contribute to financial analysis, valuation discussions, and pricing support across private equity, private credit, and real assets • Help prepare investment memos, client-facing materials, and IC presentations • Ensure timely and accurate communication between clients and internal teams throughout the deal process • Develop knowledge of secondary market trends, pricing dynamics, and the competitive landscape • Support portfolio analytics, benchmarking, and asset evaluation to inform client conversations • Collaborate with US and UK deal teams across time zones
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years in investment banking, transaction banking, corporate banking, or financial services; internship experience in a relevant field will also be considered for strong candidates
- Exposure to structured transactions, credit facilities, capital markets, or private markets is a plus
- Background in M&A, LevFin, DCM, or sector coverage is advantageous
- Big 4 Transaction Services or Deals advisory experience with client-facing exposure will also be considered
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with institutional counterparties
- Foundational understanding of private markets, fund structures, or secondary market dynamics is a plus
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with financial models, term sheets, or credit documentation
- Eagerness to take ownership, strong commercial curiosity, and comfort operating in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.

As the Appraisal Analyst III, you will be a contributing member of the Collateral Risk Management Team. In this role you will make decisions on collateral as a function of Citizens' due diligence, as it pertains to risk exposure on residential real estate. You will perform moderately to highly complex internal real estate appraisal reviews for 1–4 family properties for compliance with corporate policy and secondary standards; such as Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD guidelines.
