Role Description NeoWork is seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our team and play a vital role in managing client relationships and ensuring their success with our services. As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal teams to deliver exceptional results and fostering long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. - Manage day-to-day client communications and act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams. - Understand clients’ business objectives and ensure service delivery aligns with their needs. - Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet client expectations. - Proactively identify and resolve any issues or risks that might affect client satisfaction. - Drive client retention and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion. - Prepare regular reports and updates on account performance. - Work closely with sales and client success teams to support seamless onboarding and ongoing service excellence. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills. - Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving attitude. - Experience working with CRM systems and project management tools. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments. - Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong follow-through. - Experience in agency or SaaS environments is a plus. - Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a bonus. Requirements - This is a 100% home-based position. Role Description As the Channel Account Manager (EMEA), your main objective will be to identify, enable, and expand our relationships and revenue with EMEA channel partners. In this role, you'll be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of channel partners in your territory — VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, and distributors. You'll work at the intersection of sales, enablement, and strategy, helping partners understand our differentiated value and confidently bring our solutions to their customers. What You’ll Do: - Recruit, develop and manage deep, trust-based relationships with channel partners across your territory, serving as their primary point of contact and internal advocate. - Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets, driving co-selling motions and joint go-to-market initiatives including campaigns, events, and solution packaging. - Build and deliver enablement programs that equip partner sales and technical teams to effectively position and demo Censys solutions, keeping them current on new capabilities and competitive differentiation. - Conduct regular business reviews and track partner performance metrics — pipeline contribution, deal registration, revenue attainment — providing data-driven insights to sales leadership.
