Program Support Analyst
LMI
• Perform all required responsibilities and duties in accordance with LMI/MRSS policies and procedures. • Actively engage in your role, make informed decisions, be accountable for all outcomes. • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients, partners, teammates. • Support and facilitate the government-client with the in-take, validation, and compliance review of all peer-reviewed scientifically based merit proposals. • Analyze and disseminate data regarding program support. • Provide program management support to scientific portfolio managers in the administrative management and budgetary tracking of the research and development portfolio.
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar administrative, program support, or analyst role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Comfort working with technology platforms, data systems, and evolving digital tools.
- Experience supporting government agencies (preferred).
- Familiarity with research administration systems (eRA Commons, NIH systems, or similar platforms).
- Exposure to AI-assisted tools for document review, data analysis, or process optimization in a professional setting.
