• Responsible for end-to-end DataCap solution development • Business requirement acquisition through requestor interviews • Solution design, application development using DataCap tools, and application deployment/ support • Creation of detailed estimates (time, effort, and infrastructure) based on functional and non-functional requirements • In-depth knowledge of all IBM DataCap components and tools • DataCap application configuration, including knowledge of rule sets and optimal settings • Performance of unit testing and integration testing of modules • Understanding workflow tasks and improvement opportunities • Creation of DataCap workflow definitions and identifying properties, including workflow improvement and optimization • Understanding the DataCap change management process • Map development changes to test scenarios

• AI-powered voice agents and conversational AI • Sentiment analysis and conversation intelligence • Backend automation and workflow orchestration • AI-assisted redaction of sensitive data (e.g., credit cards) • Data pipelines feeding AI systems • Integration of AI tools into existing enterprise systems

• Work on a lean, experienced engineering team and participate in all aspects of the development process • Actively participate in architecture discussions • Develop new features and modify existing features • Conduct code reviews and collaborate with other engineers • Continuously look for ways to improve our code base and evaluate new technologies

• Design and build backend services that orchestrate and manage database clusters in ClickHouse Cloud. • Extend our platform control plane — written in Ruby, Go, and TypeScript — to support new Postgres capabilities. • Contribute to PostgreSQL extensions and data plane agents, written in C, C++ or Rust. • Contribute to automation and tooling that simplify cluster provisioning, scaling, and lifecycle management. • Collaborate with infrastructure, SRE, and product teams to ensure operational excellence, performance, and reliability. • Develop APIs and integrations that expose new Postgres functionality to customers and internal systems. • Improve observability, deployment safety, and debugging workflows for database services. • Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and on-call rotations, contributing to the overall reliability and velocity of the team. • Operate with autonomy — identifying opportunities, driving execution, and delivering meaningful impact.
