GTM Engineer
Lattice Software
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows that improve operational efficiency and automate recurring business processes across the revenue organization. • Build internal intelligence systems that surface actionable insights for GTM leaders and operational teams. • Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, Finance, and Data teams to design scalable internal solutions. • Build and maintain the underlying workflows, integrations, and systems powering AI-enabled GTM operations. • Act as both a technical builder and strategic thought partner in modernizing how the business operates through AI. • Help create scalable systems that transform raw GTM data into usable business intelligence. • Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve decision-making through AI and automation.
Job Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Systems, Data Operations, or technical business operations roles
- Strong experience working with Salesforce and GTM system architecture
- Experience building workflows, automations, and integrations across business systems
- Familiarity with APIs, SQL, Python, or workflow orchestration tools
- Experience using AI tools, LLM platforms, or AI automation frameworks in operational environments
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Data teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mentality with the ability to move quickly in ambiguous environments.
- Experience building internal AI tools or AI-assisted workflows (preferred)
- Familiarity with modern AI tooling ecosystems (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, vector databases, agent frameworks, etc.) (preferred)
- Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, Hex, or Sigma (preferred)
- Familiarity with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Marketo, or similar platforms (preferred)
- Experience in high-growth SaaS environments (preferred)
- Experience operationalizing AI within business functions (preferred)
