• Analyze pricing trends across natural gas, power, and fuels • Develop and communicate hedging strategies and market positions • Monitor supply/demand dynamics, macro trends, and forward markets • Advise on risk management and hedging decisions • Support client teams in prospective and existing engagements • Act as a subject matter expert in client discussions • Build relationships with senior decision-makers • Produce market updates, client insights, and alerts on market-moving events • Deliver webinars and presentations to internal and external audiences • Enhance and develop price risk management tools and offerings • Contribute to new commercial solutions, including hedging programs • Support pricing strategy and service development • Utilize platforms such as Bloomberg, ICE, Platts, EIA, and Power BI • Maintain and enhance internal dashboards and reporting tools • Translate data into insight-driven recommendations
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in energy markets, risk management, commodities, trading, or advisory roles
- Strong understanding of natural gas supply dynamics, power markets, and fuels pricing
- Experience developing and applying hedging strategies and financial structures
- Background in a client-facing or commercial environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or similar) preferred
- Experience with Power BI or similar analytics platforms
- Background in energy procurement, trading, or hedging advisory
- Industry visibility through presentations, publications, or thought leadership

Role Description Our Client is seeking an Ecosystem Governance Operations professional to become a founding member of a highly strategic team responsible for designing, operationalizing, and continuously improving governance workflows. This is not a traditional operations role. You will act as a governance architect, researcher, coordinator, and process designer, helping build the systems that enable a large decentralized ecosystem to function effectively. Success requires strong judgment, intellectual curiosity, exceptional writing skills, and a genuine passion for decentralized governance.
