Do work that matters As a Marketer with a focus on content design for digital experiences, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering content for ongoing website optimisation and uplift initiatives, as well as continuous improvement of our digital platforms. You'll be responsible for designing and delivering customer-centred content, journeys and information architecture that respond to customer needs, product priorities and key business moments. This includes forming content strategies that balance user experience (UX), SEO performance and clear, effective copywriting. Working closely with UX designers, product owners and developers, you will help create intuitive, accessible and engaging web experiences, ensuring content is structured, purposeful and easy to navigate. You will use data, insights and research to inform decisions, continuously improving content performance and usability.
