• Managing project design, implementation and monitoring that promote improved natural resources management of forests and agricultural lands • Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary/ multicultural remote team to achieve deliverables for feasibility, implementation and monitoring phases on time and under budget; • Ensure effective coordination, accountability, and high-quality deliverables; • Facilitate collaboration with implementing partners/clients (local NGOs, governments, others) in the design and implementation of projects/programs; • Design theory of change (framework), and Implementation plan jointly with partners (in the ground or remote); • Develop, follow and manage work plans, and budgets; • Develop and follow monitoring procedures and processes to collect the data required to evaluate the operational, social, climate and biodiversity benefits of projects and programs; • Design and facilitate training sessions and develop tools and templates for local partners to monitor project implementation; • Oversee the data collection (social and biodiversity) and provide on time feedback to subcontractors for different Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use (AFOLU) Projects and Programs; • Review and analyze field-data (social and biodiversity); • Interpret data to report on impact on monitoring reports for AFOLU projects and Programs in accordance with international recognized GHG measurement standards (Verified Carbon Standard, American Carbon Registry, others); • Lead the engagement process with stakeholders in collaboration with the implementing partners, and government officials; • Manage validation and verification processes for projects/programs.
