Qualifications - Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (qualification may be satisfied by an experienced LPN with a minimum of 5 years experience). - Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in triage or telehealth nursing. - Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a nursing or healthcare setting. - Strong knowledge of clinical triage protocols, patient assessment, and telehealth technologies. - Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and remote communication tools. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or higher. - Certification in Telephone or Telehealth Nursing (e.g., CTN or CPHQ). - Experience working in a remote or virtual healthcare environment. - Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies and regulatory compliance standards such as HIPAA. - Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, team building, and change management.
