Role Description This job monitors and evaluates drug therapy for appropriateness based on the patient’s health status, institutional criteria/guidelines, and cost efficient measures. Assumes responsibility for the management of pharmacy services of assigned areas for the goal of improving patient outcomes. Provides drug information to health care personnel and participates with appropriate medical team on patient care rounds. Precepts pharmacy students and residents and provides in-services/education to pharmacy and other health care providers when appropriate. This position will respond to E-Consults, including dosing recommendations, order navigation, etc., and expedite the refill process to save the providers' time responding to patients' refill requests, while promoting patient safety. • Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of clinical trials from Phase I–III • Oversees and manage s CROs and vendors to ensure that the study( ies ) are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with RayzeBio SOPs, FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines • Leads the cross-functional study execution team in achieving the study goals and deliverables • Plan and execute study timelines • Monitor study progress, including enrollment, site performance, data quality, and key risk indicators and proactively escalates issues to key internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues • Identify , assess, and mitigate operational risks; escalate issues as needed • Manage study CRO and vendor budgets and invoicing procedures according to study contract • Lead/su pport country and site feasibility, selection , and activation strategies • Active participant in CRO and vendor meetings, responsible to review key CRO and vendor study operational plans and provides input to operational strategy, including country and site feasibility and start-up • Summarizes CRO , vendor and site performance data and escalates study risks to the Clinical Operations Program Lead / Head of Clinical Operations • Performs other related duties as assigned • Up to 20% travel required

Role Description The role involves scheduling appointments and providing high levels of patient service. Key responsibilities include: - Reviewing work queues to identify unscheduled ordered services and connecting with patients to schedule appropriate services. - Scheduling complex specialty appointments and adhering to protocols, including communicating pre and post appointment instructions. - Providing provider referrals based on ordered medical services and patient preferences. - Documenting all contact attempts in the patient’s electronic health record and notifying the ordering provider when services are removed. - Educating patients on referral and authorization requirements, payer coverage, and insurance-related changes. - Performing registration responsibilities to ensure accurate patient information and confirming payer information. - Maintaining knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer requirements and policies. - May obtain and update demographic and insurance information as necessary. Qualifications - High School Graduate. - Typically requires 1 year of experience in a medical group with focused experience in patient care coordination.
