Equine Territory Sales Manager
Mixlab
• Manage and grow a portfolio of equine veterinary accounts, focused primarily on acquisition of new clients and reactivation of existing accounts. • Exceed sales goals through strategic territory management, prospecting, and relationship building. • Own the full sales cycle, from outreach to onboarding to account management. • Engage with potential clients (veterinary hospitals, clinics, equine practitioners, and animal care facilities) through outbound calls, emails, and meetings. • Conduct needs analyses and present Mixlab’s personalized compounding solutions through in-person and virtual meetings. • Lead primarily web-based demonstrations of Mixlab’s proprietary software for new customers and occasional on-site visits of VIP clients. • Maintain expert knowledge of Mixlab’s offerings and effectively communicate our value proposition, including tailored solutions for equine medicine. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements related to veterinary compounding, particularly in equine care. • Collaborate on sales and marketing materials while identifying opportunities for product expansion. • Maintain accurate customer data in CRM tools and track opportunities. • Represent Mixlab at trade shows and industry events, qualifying new leads.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant Sales/Marketing role.
- Experience in the veterinary or equine industry is a PLUS.
- Experience demonstrating success in a full cycle sales role from prospecting to activation to account management.
- Proficient in Google Suite products and other common business applications.
- Experience managing a pipeline within CRM software tools; experience with HubSpot is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, including email outreach, cold calling, and meeting facilitation.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Highly results-driven with the grit and determination to exceed goals.
