Role Description In this role you will have full ownership of the “Car Electronics and Charging Solutions” categories development, including: - Ensuring regular category management processes. - Cross-functional alignment with involved departments (Vendor Management, ProdTech, SEO, Supply Planning, Private Brands, Pricing, Marketing, and Content) to drive category growth, optimize performance, and maximize market share. - Managing day-to-day commercial operations and executing the category plan for Car Electronics and Charging Solutions to meet P&L, sales volume, and margin targets. - Building and optimizing the product portfolio by balancing well-known A-brands with our Private Brands, identifying assortment gaps, and driving the commercial launch of new, cutting-edge tech products. - Working closely with ProdTech, SEO, and Content teams to ensure products are easy to find, catalog data is clean, and the category converts traffic effectively. - Aligning with the Vendor Management department on supplier sourcing, onboarding and commercial terms, and joining key negotiations to secure the best deals for the category. - Developing and establishing competitive pricing strategies in cooperation with the Pricing team to maximize sales and ensure category profitability. - Teaming up with the Marketing team to drive category visibility, run targeted promo campaigns, and increase traffic to the category. - Monitoring category KPIs daily while keeping an eye on competitors and market trends to adapt the tactical steps quickly. Qualifications - 3+ years of category management experience in e-commerce or retail, ideally with a track record at major electronics retailers, marketplaces, or direct competitors. - Background in consumer electronics, household appliances, or gadgets (experience with automotive electronics or charging is a major plus). - Strong ownership mentality — the ability to think and act like a business owner, taking full accountability for the category. - Fluent English (B2+ level or higher). - Based in the EU with a valid work permit (Full Remote model).
