• Du begleitest ausgewählte Kunden strategisch über ihren gesamten Lifecycle hinweg und sorgst dafür, dass sie den maximalen Nutzen aus Proalpha ziehen. • Kundenverantwortung: Du begleitest ausgewählte Bestands- und Großkunden strategisch, steuerst ihre Weiterentwicklung und begleitest sie auf dem Weg zu maximalem Nutzen ihres Proalpha ERP-Systems. • Analyse: Durch die Auswertung von Nutzungsmustern, Überwachung der Health Scores und regelmäßiger Reviews mit Top-Kunden, identifizierst Du Potenziale, die echten Mehrwert schaffen. • Serviceentwicklung: Im Austausch mit Support, Projekten, Vertrieb und Produktmanagement entwickelst Du innovative Service-Konzepte für nachhaltigen Kundenerfolg. • Optimierung: Durch die Beobachtung von Trends in Anfragen und Abläufen, leitest Du Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab und treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Serviceorganisation voran. • Steuerung: Um unsere Customer-Success-Aktivitäten transparent und steuerbar zu machen, definierst Du Kennzahlen und Reports.
Job Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Praktische Erfahrung im Customer Success, Account Management oder im direkten Kundenkontakt
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis, Erfahrung mit Kundensystemen, idealerweise kennst Du bereits unsere Proalpha-Software
- Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie, Lösungsorientierung, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld
