• Manage a high-volume CRM with inbound prospect calls, emails, and inquiries — responding with professionalism, warmth, and urgency. • Guide prospective neighbors through the leasing funnel with consistent follow-up, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to finding them the right home. • Process and review rental applications accurately, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with leasing requirements. • Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual property tours, maintaining an efficient calendar for on-site leasing teams. • Support virtual tour and online leasing processes, helping prospects navigate digital tools with ease. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in property management software, ensuring all activity is logged daily and all proper steps are followed. • Partner with on-site leasing staff to ensure seamless communication and a consistent resident experience across every touchpoint. • Perform administrative tasks related to leasing and property management to keep operations running smoothly.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with AI-powered leasing, workflows, or communications tools preferred
- CRM, leasing/property management, customer service, or auditing experience a plus
- Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Yardi and Blue Moon preferred
- Proficiency in property management software and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
