Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience exclusively in artist management (no marketing agencies or similar)
- Proven, hands-on experience in direct influencer management (direct-to-creator)
- Passion for artist partnerships and a strong instinct for people and trends
- Negotiation skills, assertiveness and a high degree of tact
- Clear, direct communication and an ability to engage with artists and brands on an equal footing
- Structured, independent working style and strong organizational skills
- Motivation to proactively drive initiatives forward and take responsibility
- Preferably based in Hamburg or Berlin
