Job Requirements

  • At least 6 years’ experience in HR, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits in a global, international environment.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing global frameworks and aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, across both numerical and written work.
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI experience a plus.
  • Strong business fluency in English.
  • Experience within a UK Private Equity environment and project management expertise are advantageous.
