Product Marketing Manager
Medely
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs and perceptions • Partner with Product to inform roadmap decisions through customer research, competitive analysis, and usage insights • Develop positioning and messaging for new and existing features • Own go-to-market planning and execution for new features and enhancements, including internal enablement and external communications • Define adoption strategy for high-impact features and identify opportunities to increase usage • Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify gaps in understanding or value realization • Maintain and evolve buyer personas across facilities and professionals • Equip Sales and Account Management with messaging and collateral • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to ensure positioning is reflected in campaigns and in-product experiences
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a product marketing role
- Experience partnering closely with Product teams on feature launches and roadmap planning
- Strong positioning and messaging skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and customer insight into strategic recommendations
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences
- Experience working within a two-sided marketplace model
- Experience leading customer interviews, surveys, or competitive research
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment
