Revenue Operations Analyst

• Metrics & Reporting: Architect, develop, and regularly produce key metrics, reporting, and actionable insights to evaluate and optimize the performance of revenue teams across the customer lifecycle • Quantitative Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand root causes, identify blind spots, and improve detection of growth opportunities • Advanced Scenario Modeling: Build and maintain complex, multi-variable financial and operational models in Excel and Google Sheets. You will create "what-if" scenarios for commission changes, territory shifts, and headcount planning that allow leadership to see the ripple effects of every decision • Data Enrichment & Automation: Leverage tools like Clay and AI workflows to automate lead enrichment, sharpen account targeting, and scale outbound operations for the go-to-market teams • Operational Audit & Integrity: Act as the "source of truth" for the business. You will perform deep-dive audits of workflow, commission calculations, and funnel conversion to identify and fix data gaps before they impact the bottom line • Drive Business Change: Develop a strong understanding of the business to identify core focus areas and build trust with cross-functional partners

Job Requirements

  • Analytical Experience: 3–5 years in revenue operations, investment banking, business analytics, or a similar environment where decision-making depends on your data accuracy
  • Expert-Level Spreadsheet Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills and comfortable with complex formulas and nested logic
  • Salesforce & GTM Literacy: Deep understanding of how CRM objects (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities) relate to one another and how those relationships manifest in data and reporting. You are comfortable with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
  • Attention to Detail: A "troubleshooter" mindset with experience validating commissions, auditing workflows, and ensuring reporting accuracy to prevent data gaps
  • Large-Scale Data Handling: Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
  • Communication: Proven ability to earn trust with stakeholders and challenge the status quo through data-backed insights
  • Education: Background in Finance, Economics, or Business Analytics is preferred
