Intecon
• Provide program-level oversight and integration across the NMCS portfolio encompassing NC3 and C2 policy, governance, operations, and assessments. • Oversee planning, execution, and coordination across multiple functional areas and subordinate project managers. • Integrate assessment and operational data to identify enterprise risks, trends, and gaps. • Provide senior Joint Staff leadership with actionable recommendations to improve readiness and mission assurance. • Ensure alignment of policy, governance, and operational activities in support of national-level decision-making. • Manage integrated project schedules and monthly progress reports. • Coordinate with Combatant Commands, Services, OSD, DISA, and NC3 Enterprise Center. • Support C2 governance forums including the C2 Executive Steering Council and C2 Council of Colonels. • Oversee preparation of Weekly Activity Reports, GO/FO 5x8s, and senior leadership briefings.
Job Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with NC2-ESI eligibility.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant program management experience supporting complex operational or policy-driven portfolios.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Prior Joint Staff or Combatant Command support experience preferred.
- Direct experience with NMCS, NLCC, or NC3 programs.
- Knowledge of CJCS directives and the Joint Staff Action Process (JSAP).
- PMP or equivalent program management certification.
- Experience managing multi-discipline teams in TS/SCI environments.
- Familiarity with GCCS-J, DJC2, or IBS systems.
- Experience with DoD governance forums and policy development.

About the Opportunity The Digital Project/Account Manager is responsible for owning projects from start to finish. They manage the client relationship from the initial discovery process, through solution design and delivery, ensuring that deliverables are of the highest quality and solve the client’s problems. The DPM’s goal is to ensure that the end-to-end experience of working with Fifty & Fifty exceeds the client’s expectations. No other role has as deep, broad, and nuanced a view as the project manager. While the client and team may be invested and informed, the DPM has the unique opportunity and responsibility to draw from the vast contributing landscape to provide the appropriate context for each person involved in the project. You will lead projects in partnership with a Lead Strategist and Client Success Manager. The three of you will share responsibility for the product, the project, and the client relationship. All three of you must excel at both hard and soft skills. Roles & Responsibilities Managing the team’s expectations Listen to the team and establish trust Make sure the team understands the project’s goals, constraints, and client background/expectations Understand the work well enough to make informed decisions Have a strong creative appreciation and be an enabler of ideas for the creative and technical teams. Correct the team when their expectations don’t align with the project goals and client expectations Set up the team for success: clearing roadblocks, protecting time, and communicating clearly and often Managing the client’s expectations Listen to the client and their stakeholders and establish trust Understand their business needs.
