Senior Director, Program & Portfolio Governance

BeOne Medicines

• Drive program execution excellence and portfolio governance across GTS and GTS led strategic initiatives. • Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, business priorities, and operational execution effective program management, and portfolio governance across the organization. • Partner closely with Process & Service Excellence (PSE) and Adoption & Change Enablement (ACE) leaders to ensure timely and effective portfolio decisions and program execution. • Serve as a strategic advisor to the GTS Leadership Team on portfolio priorities, execution trade-offs, and value realization. • Oversee enterprise-wide program and project delivery through standardized frameworks and gated governance models. • Ensure resource allocation, risk management, and timeline adherence for all major initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree with 12+ years of overall experience and progressive leadership in enterprise process excellence with a focus on digital technology.
  • MA/MS with 8+ years of overall experience and progressive leadership in enterprise process excellence with a focus on digital technology.
  • Proven experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, healthcare, finance) preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and/or Prosci certification.
  • Proven ability to work in global matrix environment.
