Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
- At least one year of office experience preferred.
- Telecommunications experience is a plus.
- A background in life and Health insurance, as well as knowledge of insurance operations, is desired.
- Customer service background and strong phone skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.

- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent alpha and number recognition skills.
- Demonstrated mathematical abilities.
