Position Overview: - Generar y detectar oportunidades de venta en nuestros clientes a través de la formación en productos, servicios y técnicas. - Realizar demostraciones, presentaciones y cursos que se desarrollan como parte de la estrategia de marca / canal / cliente. - Dar apoyo al equipo de freelances responsables de impartir formación para la compañía. Major Duties - Crear, organizar e impartir cursos In Salón, In Academy y Online, con el objetivo de formar y generar oportunidades de venta. - Promover nuestra marca y dar a conocerla en nuestros retailers. - Conocer y dominar teóricamente y en la práctica todos los productos del porfolio. - Formación a Clientes y Business Coach en todas nuestras marcas. - Asesorar y formar a los clientes en torno a la estrategia: “Customer Beauty Experience” (Protocolos, Método de Consulta, Diagnóstico, Servicios, Rutinas y Rituales, etc). - Gestiones administrativas de organización de cursos, reserva de salas, reporte, agenda, solución de dudas, viajes, etc. - Realizar presentaciones en público; a clientes, prospectos y/o equipo comercial. - Manejo de redes sociales y skills digitales en el desarrollo de contenidos e implementación de formación online. - Apoyar a los Business Coach / Area Managers en el proceso de captación de un cliente. Puesta en marcha. - Coordinación y colaboración con Trade Marketing para planes específicos ligados a la estrategia de clientes o canal. - Capacidad de detectar nuevas oportunidades de ampliar las marcas/productos que no se trabajan y generar venta adicional. - Gestionar correctamente las dudas, problemas y quejas tanto de clientes internos como externos. - Reportar a Marketing incidencias para proceder a incluirlo en el proceso de “Quality Notifications”. - Realización y/o supervisión del cuestionario de cosmetovigilancia en caso de ser necesario. - Representación del departamento de Educación en reuniones o actos con clientes y/o marketing internacional. - Apoyo a la innovación y coordinación con Marketing en la preparación de lanzamiento de nuevos productos: testación, argumentación comercial y presentaciones. Creación de contenidos atractivos, comparativas. - Dominio, uso particular y training a Clientes y Business Coach en la plataforma de Educación #AlwaysON. Experience - Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años como peluquero. - Al menos 2 años de experiencia en funciones de asesoramiento en productos de peluquería. - Experiencia y manejo de redes sociales. - Experiencia previa como formador, con capacidades comunicativas. - Conocimiento elevado en colorimetría capilar, tricología y diagnóstico. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities - Disponibilidad para viajar más del 90% del tiempo por todo el territorio nacional. - Orientación al cliente, orientación a resultados, capacidad comunicativa. - Capacidad de trabajo en equipo. - Carnet de conducir B1. - Nivel de inglés medio.
