About the Job We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Operations Administrator to support a variety of administrative and operational functions. This role is responsible for managing billing-related inquiries and documentation requests while serving as a key liaison between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is resourceful, patient, and a strong problem solver who can navigate cross-functional environments to find answers and deliver exceptional service. This is a client facing role that will require verbal and written communication answering incoming calls to AR/Billing/Order Operations.
